PD Front Desk Help

  • High Priority
The Supervisor of Communications and Records, has asked for our assistance.  Communications(dispatch) and Records needs help with both answering the front window and with various clerical needs.  Answering the front window means being the initial contact with anyone who approaches the window, for any reason. Some situations we can handle.  For other situations, we refer the person to Communications (dispatch).  If you've never done this before, someone in Communications will instruct you.  Clerical can be anything from filing fingerprint cards to expunging records.

Again, if you've never done this, someone will instruct you. The days and times are Monday through Sunday, from 5 p.m.-12midnight. The specific days, times, and number of hours you work are completely up to you.  If you want, you can also team up with with another MCP3A grad to work a shift.

Please contact Bill Roser at broser@mcp3a.org if interested in helping.
