The MCP3A social committee would like your input as to what YOU would like to do.  A pot luck dinner on election night, and a summer picnic, as well as meeting snacks have been done so far.  I would like to plan on something for the Christmas holidays, but I need to know what YOU want.  Please feel free to e-mail me with suggestions and ideas, or see me at any general meeting.  Thanks for your help.

MCP3A FAMILY PICNIC
July 22, 2012 - 1 PM

The MCP3A FAMILY PICNIC will be held at Diane Snider's house at 8311 Norwalk Road,  Litchfield, OH 44256

I live on the north side of the street, half way between Erhart Rd and Beat Road, across from Molnar's Sod Farm. My house is a red brick ranch, with light posts at the end of the driveway.  (see map below)

I will provide meats, buns and condiments, a grill, water, plates, cups, bowls, silverware and napkins.
You will need to bring chairs, beverages for you family and a side dish or dessert to share.
Please note:  this is a FAMILY picnic, so bring your family members!
Please let me know how many will be attending by July 15, so I can have enough meat, etc.
I have horseshoes, cornhole, ladderball, and several other games and plenty of trees to sit under.
